摘要
对于二尖瓣关闭不全的治疗,二尖瓣成形术较二尖瓣置换术有明显的优势。根据二尖瓣不同的病变,可以采用三角形切除术、矩形切除术、腱索转移术、腱索置换术、瓣环成形术等;根据技术条件及微创理念可以采用正中切口、部分正中切口、右侧胸壁小切口、胸腔镜、机器人及介入治疗等。相信随着技术发展,将会有更多的患者从中受益。
There are many advantages of mitral valvuloplasty rather than mitral replacement in the treatment for mitral regurgition. Due to different etiology,triangular resection,quadrangular resection,replacement or transpositin of chordae tendineae,annuloplasty,and others can be applied to treat the disease. According to the concept of minimally invasive and certain technical condition,complete sternotomy,partial sternotomy,right mini-anterolateral thoracotomy,video-assisted mitral valve repair,robotic mitral valve reconstruction and percutaneous interventional therapy can be applied in the operation. It＇ s been believed that more patients would benefit from the development of new technologies.
