摘要
东南亚的区域治理是"全球治理"理念在东南亚地区进行区域社会实践的过程,也是一个发展不均衡的区域性国家间联盟"国际社会"化的过程。治理的视角使得研究的方法不再是简单的案例分析或者是由果索因的推理分析,东南亚的区域治理有其自身的历史渊源,同时又有"国际社会化"、"连结性"和同质化等特征。东南亚的区域治理的进程是渐进式的,是与东南亚区域"国际社会化"的过程紧密地交织在一起的。东南亚的区域治理可用这样一句话来总结:是对当代各种区域整合模式的抗拒,也是对东南亚合作特色的坚持。
Regional governance in Southeast Asia is a process of social practice under the global governance theory,also a process of 'international socialization'as alliance between regional states. From the perspective of governance,the research method is no longer a simple case analysis or reasoning by result. Regional governance in Southeast Asia has charactistics of'international socialization'and'connectivity'. It intertwines with regional'international socialization',and displays cooperative features in Southeast Asian.
