摘要
对近年来国内外辣椒籽油的抗氧化性和生产方法的研究进行了综述,阐述了这一工作领域的主要研究进展,指出目前研究中存在的主要问题,并对我国辣椒籽油生产方法的发展方向作了展望。
In particular, progress on the oxidation resistance and preparation methods of paprika seed oil at home and abroad in recent years were introduced.this paper pointed out the main problems existing in the present study and The direction of the study in this filed of our country was also prospected.
