摘要
目的:观察砭石结合耳压治疗青少年中度近视临床疗效。方法:中度近视患者100例186眼随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组治以眼保健操,治疗组加用砭石及耳压疗法。治疗4周后,评价患者裸眼远视力、近视屈光度及疗效。结果:治疗组裸眼远视力和近视屈光度较治疗前明显改善,与对照组治疗后比较,亦有显著差异(P均<0.05)。结论:耳穴压丸和砭石疗法结合治疗青少年中度近视,临床疗效肯定。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating medium juvenile myopia by the combination of Bian stone therapy and auricular pressing. Methods： One hundred cases of medium juvenile myopia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 50 in each group. Patients in control group received the treatment of Eye-Protection Massage while the others in the treatment group added the treatment of the combination of Bian stone therapy and auricular pressing. The distance vision,diopter and clinical effect were assessed after the 4 weeks＇ treatment. Results： Compared with those of control group,the distance vision and diopter were improved significantly in the treatment group,and the effect of the treatment group was better（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of treating medium juvenile myopia by the combination of Bian stone therapy and auricular pressing was sound,which was worth to be developed.
