摘要
从理论上对《金匮要略》辨治历节病的学术思想进行探析和总结。认为张仲景是在继承《内经》有关痹病指导思想的基础上对特殊类型痹病理论与实践的发展和创新,其病因病机包括肝肾不足,寒湿侵袭;内有蕴热,复感外邪;阴血不足,风邪侵袭;气虚湿盛,汗出当风;偏食酸咸,内伤肝肾。主要证候有风寒湿痹阻、化热伤阴证和寒湿痹阻证,分别应用桂枝芍药知母汤和乌头汤治疗,对后世风湿病临床影响深远。
The author analyzed and summarized theoretically the academic thoughts of Synopsis of Golden Chamber in treatment of Li-jie Disease, and thought that Zhang zhong-jing was inherited in Yellow Emperor＇s Internal Classic relevant certi-fication of disease on the basis of the guiding ideology for the development of special type Arthralgia Disease and innovation. Its etiology and pathogenesis includes liver and kidney deficiency, cold dampness invasion; Inside accumulate heat, after invaded;Yin blood insufficiency, wind evil invasion; sufficient Wet and insufficient Qi, sweating while wind blowing; be addicted to acid or salt food, internal injury of liver and kidney. Main syndrome including stagnation and obstructing of the wind cold dampness,thermal injury Yin; stagnation and obstructing of cold and dampness.is cured with cassia twig peony common anemarrhena soup and aconite decoction respectively, rheumatism clinical influence on later generations.
