摘要
通过固溶强化、细晶强化和沉淀强化的有效结合,设计了一种700 MPa级C-Si-Mn-V-Ti钢,进行了工业试制和产品的拉伸性能、冲击性能检验;利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了连铸坯铸态组织、H型钢轧态组织和冲击断口。结果表明连铸坯枝晶细化,轧材组织为铁素体和珠光体,冲击断口为典型的韧性断口。
Based on the effective combination of solid solution strengthening theory,fine- grain strengthening theory and precipitation strengthening theory,a 700 MPa grade C- Si- Mn- V- Ti steel was designed,and after its trial production,the tensile and impact property testing of product was carried out,and by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,the as-cast microstructure of billet,the asrolled microstructure and impact fracture of H beam were observed. The result show the dendrite of billet is fine,the microstructure of beam steel is ferrite and pearlite,and the impact fracture of impacted samples is typical ductile fracture.
