摘要
目的观察前列地尔联合氯沙坦治疗老年糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果。方法将糖尿病肾病患者127例随机分为观察组63例和对照组64例,均严格控制血脂及血糖,对照组给予前列地尔治疗;观察组在此基础上给予氯沙坦钾片治疗,治疗结束后统计2组疗效并检测患者尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和24h尿蛋白(24h UP)水平。结果观察组总有效率为88.9%明显高于对照组的73.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者BUN、Cr和24h UP均低于治疗前,其中观察组Cr和24h UP的水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合氯沙坦治疗老年糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效确切,能降低尿蛋白的产生,对肾功能有明显改善,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with losartan in elderly diabetic nephrop -athy patients.Methods 127 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group 63 cases and control group 64 cases.The blood lipids and blood glucose were strictly controlled ,control group was given with alprostadil .On the basis of control group ,observe group were given losartan potassium tablets treatment .After treatment detected the urea ni-trogen（BUN）,creatinine（Cr） and 24h urinary protein（24h UP）levels of two groups.Results The total effective rate of ob-serve group was 88.9%significantly higher than 73.4%of ontrol group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After treat-ment the BUN,Cr and 24h UP were lower than before treatment ,the Cr and 24h UP levels of observe group were obviously low-er than control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with losartan therapy in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy exact ,can reduce urinary protein ,renal function improved signifi-cantly,worthy of promotion.
