摘要 为了计算综放工作面沿空留巷支护阻力,以结构力学理论为基础,分析综放工作面沿空留巷支护阻力计算模型,建立沿空留巷围岩和支护体的结构力学模型,应用超静定结构和静定结构分析支护体与沿空留巷围岩相互作用机制,推导出巷旁支护阻力的计算公式。结果表明,进行沿空留巷支护阻力力学分析时,要考虑顶板极限断裂前和断裂后两种状态下的受力情况,支护阻力与岩层厚度、容重、煤体极限平衡区宽度、跨距、支护体宽度和巷道宽度等因素密切相关。工业性试验表明,该技术的应用是成功而有效的。因此,综放巷内沿空留巷围岩结构力学模型和支护阻力计算公式是合理的,可在类似条件的综放工作面中应用。 This article is aimed at presenting our study findings of supporting resistance of gob-side entry retaining in the top-coal caving mining face,which is essential for keeping the safety of mining. In order to study the supporting resistance,supporting resistance calculation model is put forwarded on the base of structural mechanics and mechanical model between support system and surrounding rock in the gob-side entry retaining is established. Load strips segmentation method is adopted for mechanical analysis. Firstly,we analyzed the supporting resistance when the roof has no key strata. The junction between slide zone and plastic zone of laneway's side coal is considered to be fixed support or bearing point of roof in gob-side entry retaining. When the first strata is under ultimate failure state,gob-side entry retaining is a statically indeterminate structure. Unknown forces of ultimate bearing stress and supporting resistance are deduced by equation of force method. When the second strata is under ultimate failure state,it is regarded as a cantilever beam and the first rock beam is considered to be a simple supported beam. Supporting resistance is deduced by equation of force method and equilibrium condition of torque. Similarly,supporting resistance of other stratas can be obtained when they break. In the same time,we deduced the supporting resistance when the roofs have key stratas. The result of our study shows that supporting resistance is closely related to stratum thickness,stratum volume-weight,limit equilibrium area,roof span,supporting body width,roadway width and so on. The successful field industrial test proves that this technique and the corresponding mechanical model and calculation formulas of the supporting body resistance can be adopted for the convenience and rationality,which can be applied in similar fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining face. What is new and original in this paper is that statically indeterminate structure is adopted to analyze the stress state before roof fracturing,which coincides with the actual situation between supporting body and surrounding rock.
