摘要
目的 探讨精囊凝胶蛋白Ⅰ (SgⅠ)与慢性复发性精囊炎的关系,分析慢性精囊炎发生发展的分子机制.方法 采用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、免疫组织化学及Western blot技术分别检测10例正常精囊组织及28例慢性复发性精囊炎组织中Sg Ⅰ mRNA、蛋白表达差异.结果 RT-PCR结果显示,8例精囊炎组织中Sg Ⅰ mRNA水平显著低于正常精囊组织,免疫组织化学法及Western blot结果示分别有83.3% (10/12)及75.0%(6/8)的精囊炎组织中Sg Ⅰ蛋白为低表达.结论 SgⅠ低表达在慢性精囊炎的发生发展中起重要作用.
Objective To investigate the relationship between semenogelin Ⅰ (Sg Ⅰ) expression and seminal vesiculitis,and the possible molecular mechanism of seminal vesiculitis.Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR),immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were respectively performed to explore Sg Ⅰ mRNA and protein expression differences between 10 cases of normal seminal vesicle and 28 cases of chronic seminal vesiclitis.Results RT-PCR showed that Sg Ⅰ mRNA level in 8 cases of seminal vesiculitis was significantly lower than that in control group.Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting resulted in 83.3% (10/12) and 75.0% (6/8) of low Sg Ⅰ expression in seminal vesiculitis samples.Conclusion The low expression of Sg Ⅰ plays a vital role during the development of seminal vesilculitis.
