持续负压引流在治疗起搏器囊袋局部感染患者中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 心脏永久起搏器是治疗缓慢心律失常的有效手段,起搏器置入术后,囊袋感染是最常见及严重的并发症之一[1];国内外指南建议起搏器感染需要移除全套起搏器系统,但拔出电极所需要的技术及设备要求较高[2-3];负压封闭引流（VSD）使用医用泡沫置于创面,并用半通透性的薄膜密闭创面,使伤口保持在负压状态,在骨科及整形外科中被广泛应用[4].我们参考VSD在外科中的应用,采用负压闭式引流的方法治疗起搏器囊袋局部感染,现报道如下.
