摘要
创新型人才的培养是我国教育改革的首要任务之一。在大学英语教学改革中进一步完善创新型人才培养模式,应注意遵循主体性原则、民主性原则、个性化原则、实践性原则,要从更新教学理念、加强师资培养、优化课程设置、运用多样化教学方法、完善教学评价体系等几个方面对大学英语教学中创新人才培养的模式进行探讨。
The cultivation of innovative talents is one of the most important task of China＇s education reform. In the reform of College English teaching and further improve the training model of innovative talents,we should follow the principle of subjectivity,the principle of democracy,the principle of individuality,and practical principles. We should renew the teaching concept,strengthen the training of teachers,optimize curriculum setting and the application of diversified teaching method,improve the teaching evaluation system to carry on the discussion to the cultivation of innovative talents College English teaching model in several aspects.
