摘要
结合大庆油田采油六厂套管的实际服役工况,以实测缺陷为依据,借助ANSYS Workbench软件模拟了含内腐蚀缺陷套管的等效应力最大值,分析了缺陷长度、宽度和深度双变量作用对套管等效应力最大值的影响规律,结果表明:套管内腐蚀缺陷深度是影响等效应力最大值的重要因素,缺陷长度对等效应力最大值的影响次之,缺陷宽度对等效应力最大值的影响存在临界值,小于临界宽度时,等效应力最大值随宽度增加而减小。
Making use of ANSYS Workbench software,the oil casing with internal corrosion defects served in NO.6 Plant in Daqing Oilfield was simulated.Basing on the oil casing’s actual defects measured and the AN-SYS Workbench software,the effects of rectangular defect’s length,width and depth on the maximum equiva-lent stress were analyzed to show that the corrosion defect’s depth influences the maximum equivalent stress most,then comes the defect’s length.There exists a critical value for the defect’s width,and the maximum equivalent stress decreases with the increase of defect length when the critical value becomes less than the crit-ical length.
