摘要
观察淫羊藿总苷对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌的保护作用。通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,放射免疫法检测血浆内皮细胞活性因子血栓素B2、6-酮-前列腺素F1α及丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。淫羊藿总苷能够明显提高血栓素B2、6-酮-前列腺素F1α及SOD水平,降低MDA含量,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。淫羊藿总苷对缺血损伤心肌的保护作用可能是通过清除氧自由基抑制微血管舒缩因子异常分泌,从而达到保护缺血心肌的作用。
To observe the epimedium total glycosides myocardial protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia rats. the anterior descendingcoronary artery of rats by ligation caused by acute myocardial ischemia model, ria method to detect the plasma endothelial cell active factorthromboxane I?,2,6- keto- prostaglandin- FI and malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels, epimedium total glycosidescould obviously increase the level of thromboxane tt2,6- keto- prostaglandin- FI and SOD level,reduce the MDA content, compared withmodel group with significant difference( P 〈 0.05). Effects of epimedium total glycosides on myocardial ischemia injury may be through the re-moval of oxygen free radicals, inhibit microvascular diastolic factor of abnormal secretion, to protect isehemic heart muscle.prostaglandin- Fla ;SOD; MDA
