摘要
[目的]为降低氟吗啉的使用剂量,提高药效,降低抗药性风险,研究4种生物活性物质壳寡糖、鼠李糖脂、菌株SY-FX-69发酵液、菌株YD-14发酵液对氟吗啉的增效作用。[方法]通过对黄瓜霜霉病的室内生物活性测试,确定该4种活性物质对氟吗啉的增效效果。[结果]供试活性物质中的壳寡糖、菌株SY-FX-69发酵液、菌株YD-14发酵液对氟吗啉均有不同程度的增效作用,其中以活性菌种YD-14及SY-FX-69发酵液增效作用最为明显。[结论]YD-14及SY-FX-69发酵液同氟吗啉共同使用能增加氟吗啉对黄瓜霜霉病的防效,并能促进黄瓜植株的生长。
[Aims] This paper aims to improve the efficacy of flumorph and to reduce resistance risk for plant. The enhanced effects of four active substances(chitosan oligosaccharide, rhamnolipid, strain SY-FX-14 fermentation broth and strain SY-FX-69 fermentation broth) on the bioactivity of flumorph were investigated. [Methods] Pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the synergistic effects of these four active substances on flumorph against cucumber downy mildew. [Results] The results indicated that these substances exhibited different levels of the enhanced effect on flumorph. The enhanced effects of SY-FX-14 fermentation broth and SY-FX-69 fermentation broth were more significant than chitosan oligosaccharide and rhamnolipid tested in this study. [Conclusions] SY-FX-14 and SY-FX-69 fermentation broth can reduce the dose of flumorph significantly, and can promote the growth of cucumber.
