摘要
以采用孔板送风的空调房间为研究对象,通过计算流体力学(CFD)方法进行建模和模拟计算,采用正交试验设计及其极差和方差分析法分析模拟结果,综合考虑各因素对不均匀性系数、面平均速度和面平均温度的影响规律,发现其影响由大至小依次为送风量、孔板层高度、孔隙率和有无支风管。在无支风管条件下,孔板层高度为3 m、孔隙率为35%、风量为1 000 m3/h时流场均匀性最好。
An air-conditioning room with perforated ceiling air supply was studied by CFD modeling.Additionally,orthogonal test design method was used to study parameters influence on air-flow distribution while range and variance analysis method were adapted to analyze simulation results. Considering different parameters influence on non-uniformity coefficient,average surface temperature and velocity magnitude,it is discovered that the impact ranking is air volume,perforated ceiling height,porosity,branching. It is concluded that the flow field uniformity is best in the conditions of unbranched duct,3 m perforated floor height,35% porosity and 1 000 m3/ h air volume.
