摘要
简要叙述了余热利用是节能减排的重要措施,以某企业为例分析了步进炉的工作情况,通过在步进炉烟道安装一台高效真空管式换热器实现了步进炉余热利用,该措施不仅为公司节约了大笔资金,同时也为低品位余热利用提供了有益的尝试。
This paper briefly explaines that waste heat utilization is an important energy saving and emission reducing measure,taking a company for example to analyze the working conditions of walking beam furnace. Installation of an efficient heat exchanger realizes waste heat utilization. This measure not only saves a large amount of money for the company,but also provides a useful attempt to use low grade waste heat.
