摘要
文章对苏里格气田50亿m3/a标准化天然气处理厂放空系统的6项优化技术进行探讨分析,通过采用与ESD系统联锁等级的有效结合,减小放空系统规模超过1/2;通过调整放空阀组的设置,进一步提高了放空系统的安全性和可靠性;通过采用音速火炬,节省放空系统的投资超过30%;通过熄灭火炬长明灯提高处理厂的节能减排效果;对安全阀进行优化;采用分子封作为防回火措施,使整个放空系统运行更加安全可靠。
The six technical optimizations of the gas flaring system at the 50×10^8m^3/a gas processing plant in Sulige Gas Field are discussed and analyzed. The system size can be reduced by more than 1/2 in terms of effective combination with interlock ESD system grade. The safety and reliability of the flaring system can be further improved after adjusting the vent valve group settings. The investment for the flaring system can be saved by more than 30% if the sonic torch is adopted. The effect of energy conservation and emission reduction can be improved after putting out the ever-burning lamp. The safety valve is optimized,and the molecular sealing used to prevent backfire to make the gas flaring system more safety.
