基于负序分量和模糊逻辑相融合的永磁同步电机定子不对称故障诊断 被引量:4

Stator Asymmetry Fault Diagnosis of PMSM Based on Combination of Negative Sequence Component and Fuzzy Logic

摘要 采集永磁同步电机定子不对称故障状态下的三相电流和三相电压,在对其进行FFT分析,利用不对称分量的对称分量法计算其基波负序分量。构建了模糊故障诊断中心,对实测数据进行了分析。结果表明,负序分量和模糊逻辑相融合的诊断方法能够准确有效对永磁同步电机定子不对称故障进行诊断。 Three-phase current and voltage data of permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) stator were collected under asymmetry fault condition,and were analyzed by fast Fourier transformation( FFT). Fundamental negative sequence components were gained using symmetric analysis method of asymmetric component. Fuzzy logic fault diagnosis center was constructed,and actual measured data were analyzed. The experimental data analysis results show that the diagnosis method by combination of negative sequence component and fuzzy logic can be accurate and effective diagnosis of PMSM asymmetric fault.
