摘要
目的:探讨和分析手法穴位扎针、红外线加揿针治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取颈椎病患者80例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组给予手法穴位扎针配合红外线治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用针行方便揿针治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经治疗后,治疗组治愈16例,好转23例,未愈1例,总有效率为97.5%;对照组治愈11例,好转19例,未愈10例,总有效率为75.0%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法穴位扎针、红外线加揿针治疗颈椎病的疗效确切,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective：To discuss the effect of treating cervical spondylosis with methods of acupuncture point acupuncture needlesand infrared ray and press-needle. Methods： Choosing 80 cervical spondylosis patients to divide into study group and controlledgroup with 40 cases in each group. The controlled group were treated with acupuncture point acupuncture needles and infrared ray,and study group were treated with press-needle added. Comparing the effect of these two groups. Results ： The total effective rate ofstudy group was 97.5 %, higher than 75.0 % of controlled group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Treating ervical spondylosis with meth-ods of acupuncture point acupuncture needles and infrared ray and press-needle is valube to extend in clinic.
