摘要
分析了农村妇女就业的背景及其必要性,以晋江市农村妇女就业作为研究内容,采用问卷调查和个案访谈法,从文化程度、就业信心、就业意愿和就业率等多个角度总结了农村妇女的就业现状,剖析该地区农村妇女就业存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出相应对策和建议。
The background and necessity of rural women＇s employment were analyzed in this paper.Taking the rural women＇s employment in Jinjiang as the research object,and using questionnaires and interview methods,the current rural women＇s employment status was summarized from the multiple angles such as cultural level,employment confidence,employment intention,the rate of employment and so on.And the main existing problems about the employment of rural women in Jinjiang.Then,based on the analysis,this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestions.
