摘要
目的探讨母孕期生活事件与婴幼儿癫痫疾病的相关性。方法选取在2011年3月2013年4月在我科住院的56例不明原因癫痫患儿作为观察组,以及55例正常儿童作为对照组。采用生活事件对照量表对两组母亲母孕期生活事件进行评分,比较两组的评分。结果观察组母孕期生活事件量表得分为(72.54±26.13)分,明显高于对照组的(50.05±10.12)分(P<0.05)。观察组在母孕期经受负面生活事件频率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对观察组妊娠期不同胎次生活事件单位得分进行研究,第二胎得分最高,明显高于第一胎及第三胎(P<0.05)。结论母孕期经历负面生活事件与与婴幼儿癫痫疾病呈正相关,经历负面生活事件越多,婴幼儿癫痫发生率越高。
Objective To explore the relationship between life events of mothers during pregnancy and infant epilepsy. Methods 56 infants with unexplained epilepsy in our department from March 2011 to April 2013 were selected as the observation group, and 55 cases of healthy infant were selected as the control group. The life events of mothers during pregnancy of two groups were evaluated by life event scale （LES）, and compared between two groups. Results The LES score during pregnancy of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse life events of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Among cases of observation group, the LES score of second birth was significantly higher than that of primary birth and third birth （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The adverse life events of mothers during pregnancy are positively associated with infant epilepsy;more adverse life events of mothers during pregnancy lead to higher incidence of infant epilepsy.
