摘要
为了提高涤纶滤料的抗静电性,通常采用抗静电剂后整理法,但滤料的过滤性能往往受到一定的影响。为减小过滤性能的损失,采用冷等离子体处理的方法,通过正交试验法对其工艺参数进行优化,并测试了滤料的透湿性和抗静电性。结果表明:最佳工艺参数分别为:输出功率150W,处理时间10s,反应气体为Ar,气体压强25Pa;滤料的抗静电性能提高了93%,过滤性能提高了19%。
In order to improve antistatic property of polyester filter material,antistatic agent finishing is usually selected,but its filtering property will be affected.To reduce the loss of filtering property,this paper uses cold plasma technology.The process parameters are optimized through orthogonal test and the moisture permeability and antistatic property are tested.The results shows that the best technological parameters are as follows:power output 150 W,treatment time 10 s,reactive gas Ar,gas pressure 25 Pa.The antistatic property of filter materialincreases by 93% and the filtering property increases by 19%.
