摘要
新建建筑一般外墙保温刚施工完毕,没有历经时间的"考验",出现质量问题的不多。但是很多既有建筑,外墙保温使用几年后,出现保温板脱落、面层裂缝等现象。针对此类问题,目前尚无统一的鉴定方法。论文针对整栋楼外墙保温系统出现保温板脱落、面层裂缝等质量问题的原因进行诊断,提出采用原材料报告审核、热工缺陷诊断、外墙节能构造钻孔取芯、保温板与基层黏结、后置锚固件拉拔等一系列检查方法,并通过工程实例验证此套方案的可行性。

But many existing buildings,exterior insulation used in a few years,insulation board,such as cracks on the surface. For such problems,there is no unified appraisal method. This article in view of the whole building external wall thermal insulation system insulation board,to diagnose the cause of quality problems,such as cracks on the surface,the raw material review report is presented in this paper,the thermal defect diagnosis and energy-saving construction drilling core,wall thermal insulation board and bonding at the grass-roots level,rear anchoring parts drawing and so on a series of check method,and through the engineering examples verify the feasibility of this scheme.
