摘要
目前,中厚板检测及压力矫直主要靠经验来操作,存在较大误差、效率低及安全性能低等多方面问题,综合考虑上述因素,设计出一种中厚板平直度在线检测装置和压力矫直机下压头垫块升降装置。对检测装置和垫块装置的工作原理进行详细阐述,通过计算机数据处理拟合相应板形曲线,同时提出最优压平方案。由PLC控制系统完成压平机压头的升降、压平过程压下量的控制及横移行程的控制。本方案的提出及实施,实现了压平过程自动化,提高生产效率的同时保证生产的安全性。
At present, the plate detection and flattening mainly relies on the experience of operators, which brings relatively large error, low efficiency and low safety performance issues. Considering the above factors, a kind of online degree plate fiat detection device and the cushion block lifting device of pressure straightening machine are designed. The working principle of the device is described in detail. The corresponding plate-shaped curve can befit through computer data processing, based on which the optimal solution to flatten is proposed. During the design, the control of the head flattening machine lifting, the pressing process compression ratio and the transverse travel is completed by the PLC control system. The raise and implement of the scheme achieves flattening process automation; improve production effiwiency while ensuring production safety.
