Developing the supplementary information system for epidemiological investigation of food poisoning

摘要 目的建立食物中毒流行病学调查信息支持系统。方法制定新的食物中毒流行病学个案调查表,构建致病因子临床表现数据库和临床表现权数设置系统,采用Spring MVC架构,JAVA语言和SQLServer 2005数据库,建立食物中毒流行病学调查信息支持系统。结果建立的信息支持系统由数据字典,事件建立,个案流调,卫生学调查等模块构成,使食物中毒流行病学调查在一个规范的流程中运作,提供智能化的致病因子筛查以及流行病学调查数据的统计。结论流行病学调查工作在系统支持下能够有序高效地运行,并能获得系统提供的辅助信息。 Objective To establish the supplementary information system for epidemiological investigation of food poisoning.Methods To set up new clinical symptoms questionnaire for food poisoning,and eventually to obtain database on clinical symptom spectrum of pathogenic factors. In addition, Spring MVC, JAVA and SQLServer 2005 had also been applied to establish the supplementary information system for epidemiological investigation of food poisoning. Results The established supplementary information system was composed of twelve modules, including data dictionary, event identification, personal epidemiological investigation,and data management etc. Consequently,food poisoning epidemiological investigation could operate in a standard process,and also the collected clinical symptoms could be used to obtain intelligent filter function of pathogenic factors. Conclusion The established system could facilitate the epidemiological investigation of food poisoning for disease control and prevention( CDC),to work orderly and efficiently. In addition,it could also provide valuable data for epidemiological field and samples detection.
