踝关节骨折分型及特殊类型骨折治疗方法 被引量：45

摘要 踝关节周围损伤是一种常见创伤,其中踝关节骨折约占全身骨折的3.9％,发生率居关节内骨折首位[1].英国每年有302000例踝关节扭伤患者就医,其中42000例较为严重[2];美国每年有26000例踝关节骨折患者就医,其中25％需手术治疗[3].随着人口老龄化及城镇交通的繁杂,
