摘要
目的了解小学儿童抑郁现状,探讨导致儿童抑郁的影响因素。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,运用Achenbach儿童行为量表(家长用CBCL)和家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)对宿迁市5 000名小学生进行调查。结果回收有效问卷4 601例,其中男2 361例,女2 240例,检出抑郁儿童153例(3.3%),其中男童检出率为4.4%,女童检出率为2.%,性别差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.987,P<0.01)。儿童抑郁因子均分比较,城乡差异无统计学意义(t=1.644,P>0.05),年级间差异有统计学意义(F=2.295,P<0.05)。其中,三年级儿童抑郁因子均分最高。结论小学儿童的抑郁现状不容乐观,儿童抑郁主要与家庭环境的亲密度、矛盾性有关。
[Objective]To understand the status of depression among primary school children,explore the influencing factors of children depression. [Methods]By using the cluster random sampling,5 000 primary school students in Suqian City were investigated with the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL for parents)and the Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version(FES-CV).[Results]There were 4 601 valid questionnaire,including 2 361 males and 2 240 females. 153 children suffered from depression(3.3%),which the detection rate in boys and girls was respectively 4.4% and 2.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=18.987,P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in scores of depression factors between rural and urban area(t=1.644,P〉0.05). The difference among different grade groups was statistically significant(F=2.295,P〈0.05),and students in grade 3 had the highest scores of depression factors. [Conclusion]The status of depression among primary school children is not optimistic. The children depression is related to the contradiction and intimacy of family environment.
