摘要
平台化是移动互联网企业发展的阶段性突出特征,平台化运营为电信运营商应对OTT冲击提供了方向。文章对平台化运营进行分析,提出运营商借力平台化运营的具体建议,比如发展理念的革新、发挥优势渐进实施、锻造产品运营实力、基于合作共赢实施平台化、内部"泛平台化"发展等。
Platformization is a prominent feature of the mobile internet stage. Telecom operators should consider platformization operating to face the OTT competition. This article ifrstly analyzes platformization operating, then proposes suggestions of how to utilize platformization operating for telecom operators, such as innovation of development concept, gradual implementation, improving abilities of product operating, realizing platformization based on win-win cooperation, and realizing development of internal universal platformization.
