摘要
以射钉枪气缸系统为基本模型,分析其工作原理,然后根据机理建模法建立该系统的数学模型。以所建的数学模型为基础,应用Matlab/Simulink建立框图式动态系统仿真模型,并进行时域仿真;将仿真结果与实验结果相比较,分析射钉枪气缸系统主要参数对其性能的影响,得出射钉枪气缸系统参数的可行性设计范围。
With the cylinder system of nail gun as the basic model, this paper analyzes its working principle, then establishes mathematical model of the system according to the mechanism modeling method. Based on the mathematical model, it establishes block diagram and dynamic model of the system on the use of Matlab/Simulink, and carries out time domain simulation. Compared the simulation results with the experimental results, it analyzes the influence of the main parameters of cylinder system of nail gun on its performance, and obtains the feasibility design scope of cylinder system of nail gun parameters.
