摘要
在阐述国内关于港口物流能力研究动态的基础上,结合广西北部湾的港口现状,提出广西北部湾港口物流能力的评价指标体系。港口物流能力评价方法较多,提出利用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,再引入偏好顺序结构评估法(PROMETHEE)评价港口物流能力。以广西北部湾港口物流能力为例,通过实证分析表明,应充分重视港口物流增值能力的提升,加强港口的定制化服务能力,以港口的发展带动经济腹地的繁荣。
Based on expounding study status of port logistic capacity in China, combining with port status of Guangxi north port, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of logistic capacity of the port. There are many evaluation methods of port logistic capacity, the paper puts forward the index weighting was determined by AHP method, and then evaluated port logistic capacity by introducing PROMETHEE. Taking the logistic capacity of Guangxi north port as example, and through example analysis, the result shows the port should fully pay attention on the increase of logistic value-insured capacity, strengthen customized service of port and promote the prosperous economic hinterland by port development.
