摘要
目的：探讨圆锥型套筒冠义齿在中老年人群中的临床应用效果。方法对门诊2009~2013年15例年龄〉60岁患者随访1~3年。结果1例牙冠折断,1例出现牙龈炎,1例颈缘瓷脱落,其余功能良好。结论圆锥型套筒冠义齿是修复中老年牙周病伴牙列缺损,多数牙缺失、少数牙残存的牙列缺损,咬合面严重磨耗等疑难病例的有效的临床方法之一。
Objective To explore the clinical performance of the lescope denture for old people. Methods A total of 15 elderly patients 〉60 years old in outpatient service from 2009 to 2013 were followed up for 1-3 years. Results There were 1 case with tooth crown fracture, 1 case with gingivitis, 1 case with cervical porcelain off, and the other cases with good function. Conclusion Lescope denture is one of the effective clinical methods in the treatment of senile periodontal disease with dentition defect, major teeth missing, dentition defect with few teeth defect, and oeclusal surface serious abrasion.
