摘要
目的：研究吸入用布地奈德混悬液（普米克令舒）与孟鲁司特的联合应用在哮喘治疗中的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年2月～2014年2月在我院治疗哮喘的80例患者作为研究对象，对照组（n=40）患者选用孟鲁司特进行治疗，观察组（n=40）患者在对照组的基础上联合普米克令舒进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率（92.5%）显著高于对照组（72.5%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组患者的不良反应发生率无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论普米克令舒与孟鲁司特的联合应用于哮喘治疗中，效果显著。
ObjectiveTo research clinical effects of Pulmicort and montelukast treatment applied to asthma.Methods 80 patients with asthma were randomly selected from February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital as research subjects, The control group （n=40） of patients was treated with montelukast only, observation group （n=40） of patients was treated with both Pulmicort and montelukast. Compared the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group patients （92.5%） is signiifcantly higher than the control group （72.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups has no statistical signiifcance （P〉0.05）.ConclusionJoint Pulmicort and montelukast applies in asthma treatment, the effect is obvious.
