摘要
维基百科作为当前全球规模最大、影响最广泛的互联网协同知识生产社区,其内容质量问题一直受到各界人士的关注和争论,近年来,来自于学术界各学科领域的相关研究文献也是层出不穷。因此,选取了国内外研究相关问题的重要文献,针对维基百科词条内容质量的研究背景、相关概念、研究对象和评估方法进行总结概述,以期对协同知识生产社区内容质量研究有更加深刻的理解和认识,从而为今后的研究提出合理建议。
As the largest and the most influential collaborative knowledge production community in the world, Wikipedia has been contro- versial because of content quality issues. Also, relevant literature from various disciplines of academic field emerged in an endless stream in recent years. This paper systematically summarizes the research background, related concepts, research object, and evaluation methods of the content quality issues of Wikipedia based on recent international authoritative literature. Finally, we put forward the reasonable suggestion for future research.
