摘要
目的探讨"医院-社区-家庭"一体化护理改善社区精神病患者生活质量及依从性的效果。方法将236例社区精神病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各118例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予"医院-社区-家庭"一体化护理,对2组防治效果、生活质量、临床总体印象严重程度及依从性进行观察。结果观察组防治效果(病情好转率、社会参与率、肇事率)显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分(躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总体印象严重程度CGI-S评分为(3.7±0.6)分,显著小于对照组(4.6±0.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性(定时用药、定期复查)显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "医院-社区-家庭"一体化护理能有效改善社区精神病患者生活质量及依从性,值得推广。
Objective To investigate effect of “hospital-community-family” integrated nurs- ing in improving life quality and compliance of community psychopath. Methods A total of 236 community psychopath were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group was given routine nursing intervention while the patients in the observation group were given “hospital-community-family” integrated nursing based on the treatment in the control group. The preventive efficacy, life quality, clinical severity degree and compliance of two groups were observed. Results The preventive efficacy （improved rate of disease, social participation rate, accident rate） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, which revealed that the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The life quality scores （physical health, mental health, social function and material life） of observation group were signifi- cantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The CGI-S score of observation group was （3.7 ±0.6）, which was significantly lower than that of control group （4.6 ±0.6）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The compliance （regular medication and recheck） of observation group was significantly better than that of the con- trol group, which showed statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated nursing of “Hospital-Community-Family” can effectively improve life quality and compliance of com- munity psychopath, so it is worthy of promotion.
