摘要
目的:比较针刺"鼻炎十针"与单纯局部取穴、单纯远端取穴治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效的差异。方法:将105例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组("鼻炎十针"组)、对照Ⅰ组(局部取穴组)、对照Ⅱ组(远端取穴组)各35例,治疗组针刺"鼻炎十针"治疗,对照Ⅰ组针刺印堂、迎香(双)、下关(双),对照Ⅱ组针刺百会、合谷(双)、足三里(双)。疗程结束后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率88.6%,对照Ⅰ组总有效率80%,对照Ⅱ组总有效率51.4%,总有效率比较P<0.05或P<0.01,有显著性差异,治疗组的总有效率高于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组。结论:临床疗效对比研究证实了针刺"鼻炎十针"治疗过敏性鼻炎具有较好的临床疗效,并且经济、安全,适宜在临床上推广应用。
Objective：To study the clinical effect on allergic rhinitis by acupuncture ＂rhinitis ten -aeupoints needle＂ and compare with only point selection and only acupuncture distal end points. Methods： 105 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into three groups：a treatment group（ ＂Rhinitis ten -acupoints nee- dle＂）, a control groupl （point selection）, a control group2（ distal end points ） ,with 35 cases in each group. Pa- tients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture ＂Rhinitis ten- acupoints needle＂ ,while patients in the control groupl were treated with acupuncture Yintang, Yingxiang （ bilaterally points ）, Xiaguan （ bilaterally points） ;patients in the control group2 were treated with acupuncture Baihui, Hegu （bilaterally points）, Zusanli （bilaterally points）. Estimate the curative effect after treatment. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6% ;control groupl was 80% ;the control group2 was 51.4%. The total effective rates of three groups showed a significant difference ,P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01. The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control groupl and control group2. Conclusion：The clinically curative effect shows that treating allergic rhinitis by acupuncture ＂Rhinitis ten - acupoints needle＂ can obtain a better effect, and the therapy is economical, safe and suitable for popularization and application in clinic.
