摘要
在水温26.5-29.5℃下,采用毒理学试验方法,比较研究了Cu^2+和Cd^2+对平均体质量(10.17±1.15)g的方格星虫急性毒性效应的差异,为进一步评价重金属离子对方格星虫的毒性效应等提供参考。方格星虫于实验室暂养3-4d后,选用健康和规格一致个体进行试验。Cu^2+暴露质量浓度设置为0.120、0.125、0.130、0.135、0.140mg/L,Cd^2+暴露质量浓度为30、31.180、32.406、33.680、35.004mg/L。由死亡率和试验质量浓度回归分析可见,Cu^2+对方格星虫在24、48、72、96h的半致死质量浓度分别为0.180、0.136、0.122、0.118 mg/L,Cd^2+对方格星虫在24、48、72、96h的半致死质量浓度分别为45.754、34.471、29.628、24.328mg/L;Cu^2+和Cd^2+对方格星虫的安全质量浓度分别为0.00118mg/L和0.24328mg/L。
The acute toxicity of Cu^2+and Cd2+to Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus was studied at water temperature of 26.5-29.5 ℃ by toxicological methods.The healthy animal individuals with mean body weight of(10.17±1.15)g acclimatized for 3-4dwere exposed to various concentrations of Cu^2+(0.120,0.125,0.130,0.135,and 0.140mg/L)and Cd^2+(30,31.180,32.406,33.680,and 35.004mg/L)for 96 h.The regression analysis revealed that the LC50 for Cu^2+was 0.180mg/L in 24 h,0.136mg/L in 48 h,0.122mg/L in 72 h,and 0.118mg/L in 96 h,and that the LC50 for Cd^2+was 45.754mg/L in 24 h,34.471mg/L in 48 h,29.628mg/L in 72 h,and 24.328mg/L in 96 h,with safe concentrations of 0.00118mg/L for Cu^2+and0.24328mg/L for Cd^2+.
