摘要
为同时保证纯电动汽车的动力性和经济性,提出了一套由驱动电机和控制器组成的、满足驱动电机系统特性的纯电动汽车动力总成匹配设计流程和设计方法。使用数值计算工具,对驱动电机系统性能进行了可视化分析。根据分析结果,利用驱动电机系统高效区范围大的特点,以电机基速作为最小速比选择参考点,使车辆在高速行驶时仍然具有高效率;利用驱动电机系统转速-油门-效率万有特性曲线选择变速器档位数和速比,保证车辆在不同行驶工况都具有高效率。设计实例表明,采用该方法可以有效提高纯电动汽车动力总成的设计质量和效率,具有很强的实用性。
A matching method was proposed in order to ensure the power performance and economy for the power system of the pure electrical automotive based on the analysis of the driving motor system which included a motor and a controller. Firstly,the characteristics of the driving motor system were analyzed by visual method and the numerical computation tool. Then, by above analysis results and the wide area of the high efficiency of the driving motor system, the base speed was taken as the reference for the minimal ratio of the gearbox in order to ensure high efficiency even when the automotive worked at the maximal speed. The gears and ratios were selected according to the speed-accelerograph-efficiency curve of universal characteristics of the driving motor system to ensure efficiency during different situations. The examples show that the adopted method improves the design quality and efficiency.
