摘要
引入"五常法",即常组织、常整顿、常清洁、常规范、常自律,对血站物资进行规范化管理。提高了血站物资管理质量,提升了工作效率,减少了物资积压和报废,提高了工作人员素质。
The "Five - often Methodology" was used for standardized management in material management in blood station, including often organizing, often rectification, often clean, often standardizing, and often self-disciplining, the quality of blood stations and the working efficiency were increased, the backlog of materials and scrap was decreased, and the staff quality proved.
