摘要
目的通过探讨胆囊颈结石嵌顿导致胆囊积脓的手术治疗效果,旨在为提高胆囊颈结石嵌顿致胆囊积脓临床疗效和患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法选择2013年1月—2014年1月在该院接受的胆囊颈结石致胆囊积脓患者54例,随机分成研究组和对照组两组,研究组给予患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗,记录患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量及并发症率。结果研究组患者手术时间为103.45 min、住院时间为6.74 d、术中出血量为35.31 m L、并发症率为3.7%,对照组分别为133.30 min、9.89 d、57.43 m L、22.22%,研究组显著优于对照组,且P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论应用手术的方式治疗胆囊颈结石嵌顿胆囊积脓能彻底清除积脓、手术并发症小,是一种安全高效的治疗方式。
Objectives By discussing the gallbladder neck calculus incarcerated cause the effect of surgical treatment for gallbladder empyema, designed to improve the gallbladder calculus incarcerated neck to gallbladder empyema provides the theory basis for clinical curative effect and patients＂ quality of life. Methods Choice in January 2013-January 2014 in our hospital to accept the gallbladder neck stone of 54 patients with gallbladder empyema, randomly divided into research group and the control group two groups, group gives the application of laparoscopic surgery in patients with treatment, the control group given laparotomy, record the operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss and complication rate. Results Team operation time was 103.45 min, 1 Length of hospital stay was 6.74 d, Intraoperative blood loss was 35.31 ml, the complication rate was 3.7%, the control group were 133.30 min and 9.89 d, 57.43 mL, 22.22%, and group was significantly better than control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Application of surgical treatment of gallbladder calculus incarcerated gall bladder neck empyema can thoroughly remove empyema, small surgical complications, is a safe and effective treatment.
