摘要
目的探讨胆汁内外引流术对梗阻性黄疸(OJ)大鼠肝脏肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)和糖类肿瘤相关抗原(CA 19-9)表达的影响。方法采用改良方法制备OJ、胆汁内引流组(ID)、胆汁外引流组(ED)和假手术组(SH)共120RSD大鼠模型,采用快速检测试剂盒检测大鼠肝脏TSGF和CA19-9水平,采用t检验、关联性分析等比较组间差异及其生物学意义。结果SH组的TB、ALT、AST水平最低,ID次之,ED及OJ组的TB、ALT、AST水平均高于SH、ID组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);SH组的ALB最高,ID次之,ED组再次,OJ组最低(P〈0.05);SH组的TSGF及CA19.9水平最低,ID次之,ED及OJ组最高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);TSGF及CA19-9与TB呈正相关关系,与ALB呈负相关关系(P〈0.05)。结论胆汁内外引流术可有效缓解梗阻性黄疸大鼠的胆汁淤积状况,明显改善大鼠的肝功能.降低由此诱发的肿瘤危险性;相同的条件下,胆汁内引流效果更佳。
Objective To investigate the effects of internal and external biliary drainage on the expression of Tumor Supplied Group of Factors ( TSGF ) and tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen ( CA 19-9 ) of rat model of obstructive jaundice. Methods Rat models of Obstructive jaundice ( OJ ) , the biliary drainage group ( ID ) , biliary drainage group ( ED ) and sham group ( SH ) were made and TSGF and CA 19-9 levels were detected for analysis. Results TB, ALT, AST of SH groups were the lowest, ID followed ( P〈0.05 ) ; ALB of SH group was the highest, ID followed ( P〈0.05 ) ; TSGF SH group and the lowest levels of CA 19-9, ID followed, ED and maximum OJ group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) ; TSGF and CA 19-9 were positively correlated with TB, but with ALB negatively ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusions Internal and external drainage of bile can effectively alleviate the situation obstructive jaundice cholestatic rats, significantly improve the liver function in rats, thus reducing the risk of induced tumors; under the same conditions, the biliary drainage was better.
