碧兰麻在口腔临床中的应用效果初探 被引量：3

摘要 目的：对碧兰麻在口腔临床中的应用进行初步的探究和分析。方法：选取2012年3月~2013年9月于山西省运城市盐湖区临生口腔诊所就诊的口腔疾病患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用利多卡因注射麻醉,观察组采用碧兰麻注射液黏膜下浸润麻醉,对比两组的麻醉效果。结果：对照组麻醉有效率为85.71%,观察组麻醉有效率为95.59%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：碧兰麻在口腔麻醉中的应用具有起效快、效果明显以及毒性低的优势,是较好的口腔麻醉药物,值得推广应用。
