胸腺法新对于多脏器功能障碍综合征预后的影响

摘要 目的:研究胸腺法新治疗多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)的预后的影响。方法:应用前瞻性研究方法,选择MODS病例72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予抗感染、纠正缺氧、改善血流动力学、代谢支持等综合治疗措施,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用胸腺法新,比较两组患者治疗30 d后病死率及APACHE(Ⅱ)评分。结果:治疗组病死率17.5%低于对照组40.6%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组APACHE(Ⅱ)评分下降百分比为29.6±17.3,对照组为21.1±10.8,治疗组高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腺法新可有效改善多脏器功能障碍综合症患者的预后。 Objective:To study the effect of thymalfasin for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome MODS prognosis.Methods:72 patients with MODS were divided into the treatment and the control group by means of prospective study.The comprehensive treatment measures(anti infection,correcting hypoxia,hemodynamics,metabolic support) were taken to the control group;to the treatment group thymalfasin was extra applied.The death rate and APACHE(Ⅱ)scores were compared after 30-day treatment in two groups.Results:The death rate in the treatment group(17.5%)was lower than that of the control group(40.6%).There were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05).The percent of APACHE(Ⅱ) scores(29.6 ± 17.3) was higher than that of the control group(21.1 ± 10.8;P〈0.05) Conclusion:Thymalfasin can improve multiple organ dysfunction syndrome MODS prognosis.
