摘要
泥岩顶底板大断面巷道的变形控制已成为能源开采领域亟待解决的难点之一。根据王庄煤矿62B2工作面的地质条件,提出了四种支护方案,构建了数值计算模型,研究了不同支护方案下巷道的变形特征和应力分布规律。结果表明:树脂锚杆帮侧支护与传统螺纹钢锚杆支护相结合的巷道支护方案最优。现场监测结果表明,巷道变形量较小,达到了巷道变形控制预期目标。研究成果对类似工程施工具有重要的借鉴意义。
Mudstone roof and floor of large section roadway deformation control has become one of the difficulties to be solved in the field of energy mining. According to the working face of wangzhuang coal mine 62 b2 geological conditions, put forward four kinds of supporting schemes, build the numerical model, and studied under different support scheme of roadway deformation characteristics and stress distribution. The results show that the resin help side with traditional rebar anchor rod anchor supporting roadway support scheme of combining optimality. Field monitoring results show that the deformation of roadway is lesser, roadway deformation control achieved expected goals. Research result has important reference value for similar engineering construction.
