湿磨工艺对锶铁氧体预烧料性能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of wet milling process on the performance of pre-sintered strontium ferrite

摘要 通过传统的陶瓷工艺制备锶铁氧体预烧料,研究了湿磨工艺对锶铁氧体预烧料性能的影响。结果表明,碳酸锶一次湿磨时间对碳酸锶和预烧料粒度影响较大,不同湿磨工艺下预烧料微观结构差异较大,饱和磁化强度随碳酸锶一次湿磨时间的延长先增大后减小。当碳酸锶一次湿磨时间为2.5h时,样品形貌呈六角片状,致密性较好,并且Ms较优,为72.09 A·m2/kg。 Pre-sintered strontium ferrite was prepared by traditional ceramic process. The effect of wet milling process on the properties of pre-sintered strontium ferrite was studied. The results show that wet milling time has a great influence on particle size of strontium carbonate and pre-sintered powder, pre-sintered power has different microstructure for different wet-milling process conditions, and Ms increase firstly and then descrease with milling time. When milling strontium carbonate for 2.5 h, sample is obtained with hexagonal sheet structure, higher density and Ms of up to 72.09 A·m^2/kg.
