负压对早孕人工流产患者子宫内膜的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析不同负压对早孕人工流产患者子宫内膜的影响。方法:选择2011年1月-2013年4月在笔者所在医院进行无痛人工流产的168例患者为研究对象,根据不同负压选择分为A、B两组,每组84例,A组负压为500 mm Hg,B组负压为400 mm Hg,对两组患者术后并发症进行研究。结果:两组术后出血时间比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.385,P>0.05);但术后3个月内两组月经情况比较,差异有统计学意义(字2=36.723,P<0.05),B组月经正常率达80.95%,明显高于A组的47.62%,B组子宫内膜血流参数及容积异常率明显少于A组,差异均有统计学意义(字2=6.222,P<0.05),B组IUA的发病率较A组降低,但差异无统计学意义(字2=2.385,P>0.05)。结论:将最大负压控制在400 mm Hg以下有利于保护子宫内膜,减少术后并发症。 Objective:To analyze the effect of different negative pressure on uterine endometrium of patients with early pregnancy abortion.Method:168 patients of abortion from January 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital were as the research objects,according to the different negative selection were divided into A, B two groups,84 cases in each group,negative pressure was 500 mm Hg group A,the negative pressure was 400 mm Hg in group B.Complications of patients after operation in two groups were studied.Result:The postoperative bleeding time of two groups,there was not statistically significant(t=1.385,P〉0.05).But after 3 months,there was statistically significant about menstruation (χ2=36.723,P〈0.05),normal menstruation rate in group B reached 80.95%,was significantly higher than 47.62% in the control group.The endometrial volume and the blood flow abnormal rate in group B was lower than that in group A,there was statistically significant(χ2=6.222,P〈0.05).The incidence rate of IUA,there was not statistically significant(χ2=2.385,P〉0.05).Conclusion:The maximum negative pressure under 400 mm Hg is conducive to the protection of the endometrium,reduces the postoperative complications.
