摘要 目前所使用的电压无功自动控制系统虽能满足电网对电压无功控制的要求,但却缺乏对其所提控制策略的调节效果进行量化评价的手段。介绍了如何通过统计和分析区域电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统历年来的运行数据,采用改进后的灵敏度算法和无功优化算法,对萧山电网当前无功设备配置情况进行经济效益分析。基于原有的无功控制系统研究开发的无功优化控制系统可评估无功电源分布的合理性,同时根据现有电网结构和负荷水平得到无功补偿设备配置的效益分析报告,为电网无功优化配置提供量化参考,并对AVC策略优化提供量化依据。 Although the voltage reactive power automatic control(AVC)system used at present can meet the requirement of grid to voltage reactive power control,it is lack of the quantification evaluation to the adjustment effectiveness of the control strategy.In this paper,how to conduct efficiency analysis on the present reactive power equipment configuration status at Xiaoshan grid is performed by way of statistics and analysis of the operation data of regional grid automatic voltage control system in the past years and by the use of modified sensitivity and reactive power optimization algorithm.The reasonability of reactive power supply distribution can be evaluated which is developed based on the original reactive power control system and,at the same time,the efficiency analysis report of reactive compensation equipment configuration is obtained in accordance with existing grid structure and load level,which provides quantification reference to the reactive optimization configuration of grid and quantification base to AVC strategy optimization.
