摘要
在MapXtreme的基础上,构建.NET框架的湖南省中小尺度天气资料应用系统,实现在GIS基础上的中尺度气象站网观测要素地理信息化显示,并实现了等值线颜色填充和报警显示;对全省防汛、山洪地质灾害预警以及局地短时强降水预警发布有重要作用,为各级政府部门尽快提供及时、可靠、直观的气象信息。
Based on MapXtreme,the application system of Hunan mesoscale weather data with.NET frame is constructed.This system achieves geographic information display of meteorological observation data superposition on GIS map and implements the contour color filling and waring display.It is significant to early warning flood prevention,mountain torrents geological hazard and short time strong rainfall,which provide the reliable and intuitive meteorological information in time for all government sectors.
