摘要
结合哈尔滨市城乡规划局对建筑工程规划验收的相关规定与要求,介绍验收测量的基本要求,分析验收测量的主要内容。将2014年7月1日起实施的《建筑工程建筑面积计算规范》(GB/T50353-2013)同《建筑工程建筑面积计算规范》(GB/T50353-2005)在新修订的内容方面进行比较分析,验证新规范的合理和准确。
In this paper, it was Summarized on completion measurement of construction engineering Planning and Checking, taking full account of the relevant provisions of the construction project planning and inspection requirements in Harbin Urban and Rural Planning Bureau. It was described the newly revised content in ＂Calculation code for construction area of building＂ GB/T50353- 2013 which implemented from July 1, 2014, compared with ＂Calculation code for construction area of building＂ GB/ T50353--2005.
