摘要
以MgCl2·6H2O和Na2CO3为原料,乙二醇为介质,采用直接沉淀法制备了纳米轻质氧化镁粉体.通过差热-热重分析确定了前驱物的煅烧温度和组成,分别用X射线衍射、柠檬酸值法和扫描电镜对纳米轻质氧化镁粉体的组成、结构、活性进行了表征和分析.用该法制备出的轻质氧化镁纳米粉体的柠檬酸值(CAA值)为12s,平均粒径DMgO=25.76nm,DMg(OH)2=20.26nm,化学式为MgO·8Mg(OH)2.
With MgCle · 6H2O as raw material,Na2COa aqueous solution as precipitant and ethylene glycol as the medium, Nano-scale light magnesium oxide powder was prepared by the direct precipitation method. The calcination temperature and composition of the precursor were determined through the TG- DTA analysis. The composition, structure and activity of nano-scale light magnesium oxide powder were characterized and analyzed through the TG analysis, the X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and the citric acid value. The results showed that the citric acid value of the powder prepared by the said method was 12 s,the average grain size of MgO was 25. 76 nm, Mg(OH)2 was 20. 26 nm and the chemical formula was MgO · 8Mg(OH)2.
