摘要
目的 探讨麦卢卡蜂蜜与美皮康敷料治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮的效果,并进行护理材料成本-效果分析.方法 按照入选标准,选取某市3家三级甲等医院压疮患者38例62处Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮,按照随机数字表法,将62处压疮分为两组,即麦卢卡蜂蜜敷料组（蜂蜜组）32处、美皮康敷料组（美皮康组）30处,比较两种方法治疗效果及进行护理材料成本-效果分析.结果 两种方法的治疗效果及压疮好转率差异无统计学意义;两种治疗方法的护理材料成本-效果分析,蜂蜜组费用相对低,且结果经敏感度分析具有稳定性.结论 麦卢卡蜂蜜与美皮康敷料治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮效果基本相同,但麦卢卡蜂蜜敷料的治疗费用相对较低.
Objective To explore the effects of Manuka honey and Mepilex dressing on stage Ⅱ ～ Ⅲ pressure ulcers and the costeffectiveness analysis of nursing material.Methods According to the inclusion criteria,38 patients with 62 pressure ulcers in stage of Ⅱ ～ Ⅲ were included in the study and 62 pressure ulcers were randomly divided into Manuka honey group （experimental group） with 32 pressure ulcers and the Mepilex dressing group （control group） with 30 pressure ulcers.Then treatment effect of the two methods and cost-effectiveness of the nursing materials were evaluated.Results No statistical difference was found in the treatment effect of two methods and the improvements of pressure ulcers; as to the cost-effectiveness of nursing materials,Manuka honey was cheaper but with good stabilization after sensitivity analysis.Conclusion Though no difference is found in the treatment effect of Manuka honey and Mepilex dressing,the former is relatively cheaper.
